About The Position

P&G Design is seeking a Graphic Designer to join their team, responsible for developing the visual strategy and execution for various brands. This role emphasizes consumer-centric design, transforming business challenges into compelling consumer experiences while ensuring brand consistency across multiple platforms.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong design mastery in graphic design and brand identity, assessed on creative excellence, storytelling, problem-solving, and technical mastery.
• Experience in designing for FMCG brands across multiple media.
• Strong communication skills to justify conceptual and directional design choices.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Strong collaboration and interdependence skills within design and multi-functional partners.
• Outstanding listening skills to understand and anticipate needs.
• Exceptional project management skills, able to lead multiple initiatives and handle complexity with confidence.
• Expertise in Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Build concepts and execute the visual strategy for the brand across consumer touchpoints including packaging, promotional materials, visual communications, eCommerce, and social media.
• Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced consistently and creatively.
• Communicate and justify conceptual and directional choices.
• Be accountable for excellent execution.
