About The Position

Northwest Texas Healthcare System, a 495-bed acute care medical center located in Amarillo, Texas, provides comprehensive acute care and outpatient services to the 500,000+ residents of the Texas Panhandle and surrounding region. The hospital is currently assisting a local, well-established oral and maxillofacial group to recruit a BC/BE Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. The position is employed and offers a contemporary, freestanding office setting with six consultation rooms and a state-of-the-art surgical suite equipped with X-Guide® technology. The group has a strong focus on patient satisfaction, honest work, and open communication, and gives back to the community through numerous programs and charitable services. Medical degree and trauma call experience/interest is a plus, with an option for trauma call at NWTHS, a level II and the lead trauma center for the 26-county Texas Panhandle.

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Medical degree
• Trauma call experience or interest
