CTG is seeking an experienced Oracle Utilities Specialist to support our client's enterprise systems, focusing on Oracle CCB and C2M (Customer to Meter) applications. The position is located in Dallas, TX and has a duration of 12 months.
Design, configure, and implement solutions in Oracle Utilities CCB and C2M.
Support billing, payments, customer service, and meter-to-cash processes.
Develop functional and technical documentation.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and integrate Oracle Utilities applications with enterprise systems.
6-8+ years of experience with Oracle Utilities (CCB, C2M).
Strong understanding of Market Transactions flow, Billing, Payments, and Customer Service.
Hands-on experience with OUAF (Maintenance Object, Business Object, Scripts, Zones, Algorithms, Business Services).
Proven background in solution design, configuration, and implementation.
