The Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) Consultant is a functional position that provides a key operational role in supporting the daily execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of the Oracle Cloud HCM Time and Labor module. Reporting to the OTL Administrator, this position assists in ensuring accurate time tracking, system compliance, and a positive end-user experience for more than 4,000 hourly employees across staff, student, and faculty roles. The Consultant partners closely with Payroll, Absence and Leave, Central Human Resources Service Delivery, HRIS, and individual campus units to resolve issues, ensure data integrity, and promote system adoption.
