About The Position

The position involves designing and configuring all aspects of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning implementations, specifically focusing on both Supply Planning and Demand Planning. The role requires a strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and the ability to develop systems requirements, design, prototype, implement, and rollout solutions. The candidate will be responsible for writing and maintaining clear, concise functional and technical specifications for Cloud Supply Chain Planning applications and business system processes. Additionally, the role includes configuring Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications as needed to support solution design, with a preference for expertise in Global Order Promising Cloud and Sales & Operations Cloud. The candidate will engage in project communications with clients using a consultative approach, anticipate obstacles, and recommend solution options while focusing on client value and satisfaction. Integration of Supply Planning Cloud and Demand Planning Cloud applications with other applications and existing processes is also a key responsibility. The candidate will design and implement custom reports using Oracle Cloud reporting tools to improve reporting frequency, accuracy, and timeliness. Coordination with other project team members and business users is essential, as is ensuring the overall solution integrity of large and complex solutions. The role requires producing and delivering documentation for design, training, and application administration, operating independently to provide quality work products, and demonstrating expertise in delivering functional and technical solutions on complex customer engagements. The candidate will also need to gain client acceptance of the implemented solution and fully comprehend client requirements to translate them into implementable solutions using leading Oracle Cloud practices.
