Protiviti is looking for a Technology Senior Consultant to join our growing Oracle team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MIS, CIS).
  • 2+ years working in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional Certification in Oracle Cloud preferred.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with building Oracle ERP technology solutions.
  • Understanding of large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle.
  • Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring and oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor, train, and coach Interns and Consultants.
  • Facilitate the successful completion of project work plans.
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency.
  • Strengthen relationships and deepen abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates.
  • Accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies.
  • Help clients implement, optimize, and secure Oracle ERP products.
  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Order management and related functions.
  • Analyze technical and functional integration requirements.
  • Guide testing cycles and perform cutover activities for go-live preparation.
  • Evaluate, summarize, organize, and interpret data.
  • Establish and cultivate business relationships and a professional network.
  • Translate and communicate issues, risks or challenges to client personnel.
