Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. The work involves helping clients understand leading business processes to transform their business with Oracle, identifying strategies, risks, and options, and recommending approaches to meet client needs. This role includes leading, coaching, and advising a small project team, managing their performance, and providing design options using prototypes. You will set up, document, and test the Oracle system, applying Oracle methodologies, and work with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success. Building trust with clients, teammates, and managers is crucial for project delivery. Continuous skill development is expected to support business development and sales efforts, and staying informed on industry trends and Oracle features is necessary to provide optimal client solutions. Travel may be required, varying from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
