About The Position

Infosys is seeking an Oracle SCM Cloud Principal Consultant - EA. The successful candidate will drive programs and projects of significant complexity and risks. The primary responsibility is to provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects. This position will be responsible for schedules and preparing meeting materials for project team meetings, including kickoff, testing kick-off and sign-off, go/no-go, post-mortem.

Requirements

  • At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • Location for this position is San Ramon, CA. This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.
  • 6 - 8 years of Oracle SCM Cloud experience in a multinational environment with at least 2 years of project management experience leading cross functional project initiatives and process improvements.
  • Solid understanding of PMI Methodology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, detail-oriented and able to work independently and multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, identify gaps, decompose high-level information into details, and drive decision-making.
  • Team player, flexible, and ability to resolve conflicts.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to influence and drive change in a global organization.
  • Ability to act operationally and ability to manage ambiguity, risk, and changing direction of projects/strategies

  • Closes projects and reports overall level of success to sponsors and stakeholders and identifies lessons learned for continuous improvement.
