The role focuses on Order Management (OM), Inventory, Install Base, and Procurement, ensuring scalable, integrated, and efficient business processes. Preferred location: Atlanta, GA

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle SCM (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
  • Strong experience implementing Oracle Fusion SCM in global, complex environments.
  • Deep expertise in OM pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management, asset tracking, and procurement processes.
  • Experience with Service Logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in distributed teams and translate business needs into solution designs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design and implementation of Oracle SCM modules (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
  • Configure OM processes: order creation, pricing, orchestration, fulfillment, and integration with related systems.
  • Design orchestration flows for service logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
  • Set up and manage inventory structures: items, transactions, warehouses, lot/serial controls, and reconciliation.
  • Configure Install Base for complete asset lifecycle tracking and integrate with service, sales, and procurement functions.
  • Implement procurement processes including requisitions, POs, supplier onboarding, and contracts.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications (Finance, Manufacturing, Service).
  • Build reporting solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, and/or Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
  • Recommend process improvements and adopt new Oracle Fusion features.
  • Prepare documentation, lead testing (UAT, regression), and ensure solution stability.
