This role ensures accurate costing processes, supports inventory audits, and drives reconciliation between subledgers and the General Ledger. The analyst will document workflows, enhance reporting, and provide training to internal teams, enabling compliance and improved financial visibility.Job Description - Grade Specific End-to-end costing module workflow. Map system processes & identify key integration points. Prepare for the Year-End Inventory Audits. Reconcile variances between inventory subledgers & the General Ledger. Create detailed documentation of costing workflows. Train Finance & Corporate Reporting teams to become superusers. Establish & maintain best practices for PO accrual clearing rules. Collaborate with FP&A to enhance margin reporting. Support analysis of yield results (BCF Yield) as they relate to costing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree - Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of inventory costing principles and accounting standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems & costing modules (Oracle Fusion).
  • Excellent documentation & process mapping skills.
