About The Position

We are a top-tier Oracle Systems Integrator specializing in rapid and effective cloud implementations. We are looking for an experienced Oracle SaaS ERP Solution Architect to join our Sales Enablement team. The Oracle SaaS ERP Solution Architect is an expert-level SaaS technologist responsible for developing technical RFP responses for Oracle ERP opportunities. As an Oracle ERP SaaS SME, you will focus on supporting multiple, simultaneous technical efforts ranging from 1-12 months in length and dealing with Oracle ERP SaaS Applications. This position generates the technical proposals that demonstrate Mythics' expertise, value add, and differentiators for implementing Oracle ERP SaaS in the Public Sector market. This role responds to questions around SaaS implementation, training, change management, project management, implementation methodology and overall technical approach. As a key member of our Sales Enablement team, you are responsible for producing high-quality, customized proposals that effectively communicate our capabilities, solutions, and value proposition to government agencies and public sector organizations. This role operates independently, providing the most complex technical solutions for customers as a recognized authority in this discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain US Government clearance.
  • 15 years of work experience specifically in technology delivery.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with state, local government agencies, or educational institutions.
  • Demonstrated success implementing Oracle HCM solutions in multiple public sector environments.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to expert on Oracle SaaS ERP.
  • Analyze client requirements and architect detailed implementation plans, including scope definition, project timelines, and resource estimation.
  • Create and deliver powerful, customized demonstrations that illustrate how Oracle SaaS applications can directly solve a client's business problems.
  • Lead the detailed response to client RFPs and RFIs, contributing to sections on implementation methodology, project governance, and staffing models.
  • Act as a hands-on consultant, advising clients on best practices for data migration, system integration, and change management.
  • Work closely with the sales team to accurately scope new projects and provide detailed effort estimates.
  • Create comprehensive proposals that outline solution scope, architecture, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Develop strategic approaches for integrating Oracle SaaS applications with other enterprise systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest features and roadmaps for Oracle's SaaS applications.
  • Coordinate with PMO and Technical Teams to gather requirements and support solution development through all phases.
  • Perform quality assurance activities including test case definition, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Provide pre-sales support and maintain a repository of reusable content, templates, and best practices.
  • Create ERP SaaS-related technical documentation, including security policies and procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive intelligence related to Oracle HCM SaaS in the public sector.
