The Colleague Experience Technology team is looking for an Oracle Cloud Configuration Engineer (ORC/Talent/Learn). This is the key opportunity for any individual who can design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards in support of the Oracle Modernization Project.

  • Design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards.
  • Configuration and support of Oracle Fusion: ORC and/or Talent and/or Learning.
  • End to end implementations and application support for Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent and Learning.
  • HCM Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation.
  • Customization (DFF and EFF), customization of BI reports, Approval workflow, OTBI and BI reports, OIC Integrations.
  • Development, implementation, and customization of Workflows.
  • Full Project life cycle management and familiarity with agile & Waterfall Analysis.
  • Working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation.
  • Troubleshoot and support config and integrations using Fast formulas, HCM Data loader (HDL), OTBI.
  • Experience of Configuration and Supporting Oracle Fusion: ORC and/or Talent and/or Learning.
  • Proven experience in end to end implementations and application support for Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent and Learning.
  • Experience with Oracle Redwood Design System, VBS Customizations and end to end hire to retire process flow for all modules including Core HR, ORC, Learn, Talent and Compensation.
  • Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of BI reports, Approval workflow, OTBI and BI reports, OIC Integrations.
  • Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of Workflows.
  • Experience on Oracle Journeys.
  • Working knowledge of Fast formulas, HCM Data loader (HDL), OTBI.
  • Experience of implementing, managing, provisioning security, and resolving security access problems.
  • Strong functional background in the HCM domain with focus on business process re-engineering and solution fitment.
  • Document and present technical solutions to stakeholders in clear and concise manner.
  • Knowledge of Skill Nexus, GEN AI in Oracle.
  • Knowledge on LLM's.
  • Familiar with HCM ADP connector.
  • Competitive salary range from $62,000 to $127,600.
