About The Position

Lead operations for our Oracle Fusion Cloud environment, partnering with business leaders, product owners, and Oracle to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions. Manage a talented, diverse team while driving stability, governance, and continuous improvement across key Supply Chain modules. Job Description In this role you will: Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud operations (SaaS/PaaS) across Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Supplier Management, eRFX, and Procurement Serve as the Oracle Fusion SME; assess current capabilities and execute improvement strategies to enhance performance, scalability, resilience, and availability Own the integrated tool ecosystem; ensure integration reliability, data quality, and effective release/incident/change management Uphold governance and compliance; maintain CMMC and SOX audit readiness Standardize and optimize processes; drive automation, lean rigor, and day-to-day operational tempos through standard work and KPIs/SLAs Provide clear operational reporting; partner with business leaders, product owners, Oracle, and cross-functional teams to deliver results Lead the team through all project phases; develop talent and foster an inclusive, high-performing, customer-focused culture Use data and practical insights to make timely decisions, forecast needs, and manage risk amid ambiguity and shifting priorities Drive common tools and processes across ERPs in partnership with adjacent teams Coordinate strategic business rhythms (e.g., Monthly Operating Review, Growth Playbook, annual budget planning) Partner with the Sr. Operations Director on vision, strategy, quality, and organizational/resource planning Interact effectively at all levels of the organization and across GE businesses; apply Agile principles

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 12 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
  • A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the technology space with emphasis on Oracle ERP Technical Support OR Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in the technology space with emphasis on Oracle ERP Technical Support or Application Support
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
