About the position

The Oracle Master Data Management Lead - Director at PwC is responsible for guiding organizations in leveraging Oracle technologies to achieve their digital transformation goals. This role involves leading a team to implement Oracle's Data and Analytics solutions, focusing on enhancing data governance and management capabilities to drive business success across various sectors. The Director will also play a crucial role in developing strategies, fostering team growth, and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge in designing and implementing MDM solutions across multiple sectors.
  • Lead technical and functional teams for MDM Implementations.
  • Implement stewardship and data governance processes and standards.

Requirements

  • Proven record of success directing efforts in MDM solutions implementation.
  • Experience in sourcing, cleansing, deduping, and matching master data.
  • Proven experience in implementing data quality rules and maintaining ID translations between source and consuming applications.
  • Working experience in either Oracle CDM or Oracle PDH Platform.
  • Experience addressing Finance, Supply chain, Marketing, and Operational requirements for MDM.
  • Utilization of agile methodologies and global delivery centers for successful delivery.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in developing MDM Implementation playbook and delivery maps.
  • Ability to present MDM thought leadership to partners and external clients.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted relationships.
