Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a Oracle Integration/Middleware Engineer, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Oracle Integration / Middleware technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, or Oracle Service Bus (OSB).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, API design, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
  • Experience with REST and SOAP web services, XML, JSON, XSLT, and data transformation techniques.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM integrations and related business processes.
  • Knowledge of messaging frameworks and asynchronous integrations.
  • Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
  • Understanding of security protocols (OAuth, SSL, etc.) in integrations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with cloud platforms and hybrid integration environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using Oracle Middleware technologies.
  • Build and manage integrations between Oracle applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and third-party systems.
  • Develop and deploy services using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, or related tools.
  • Design and implement APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and messaging solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration flows to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Handle error management, logging, and exception handling within integration processes.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements and propose solutions.
  • Support data transformation, mapping, and orchestration processes.
  • Maintain integration documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance, and integration best practices.
