About The Position

We’re looking for an ERP Regional Manager (RM) to manage a team of Industry Sales Executives who provide expertise in finance and budgeting solutions tied to Oracle’s suite of products within selected untapped high-potential territories. Using your knowledge of our various software applications, you’ll work alongside Oracle’s best sales executives and leaders to solve sophisticated customer problems and translate customer requirements into technical solutions within selected accounts with new business potential. By selling our software/solutions, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the continued success of the organizations Enterprise Applications in North America. Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in ERP or related fields.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle's software applications.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
  • Experience in solving complex customer problems.

  • Familiarity with financial and budgeting software.
  • Previous experience in a managerial role.
