10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS HRMS (not Cloud HCM).
Strong hands-on experience with integrations, OAF, PL/SQL, Reports, WF, AME, and Fast Formula.
Proven experience in managing offshore teams effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.

Experience in digital transformation projects.
Familiarity with sustainability practices in technology services.
