We are seeking a Senior Consultant who will leverage their technical expertise to lead clients through the implementation, optimization, and enhancements of their Cerner system. This role involves partnering with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Cerner, enhance clinical and administrative workflows, and improve patient care outcomes. The Senior Consultant will provide consulting and subject matter expertise to clients by assessing, identifying, and providing solutions to their Cerner System. In this position, you will conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and data integrity. You will identify opportunities for system optimization and enhancement to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for end-users will be a key responsibility, along with developing and maintaining documentation for system configurations, processes, and training. You will create user guides, manuals, and other educational resources to support learning and adoption. Additionally, you will coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables during implementation and optimization projects, working closely with project leadership and directly with Cerner end users. Monitoring workflows, providing documentation, and optimization suggestions will also be part of your role, requiring strong communication with project managers, leaders, and team members to promote a collaborative working environment.
