As a Senior Consultant, you will utilize your technical expertise to lead clients through the implementation, optimization, and enhancements of their Cerner system. This role involves partnering with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of Cerner, enhance clinical and administrative workflows, and improve patient care outcomes. The Capacity Management Consultant position is part-time, estimated at 20 hours per week, and requires a strong background in using Cerner's Capacity Management solution to optimize patient flows and bed tracking. You will assess, identify, and provide solutions to clients' Cerner systems, conduct system testing and validation, and identify opportunities for system optimization to improve efficiency and user satisfaction. Your role will also include providing ongoing technical support, developing documentation for system configurations, and creating educational resources to support user adoption. In this position, you will coordinate and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables during implementation and optimization projects, working closely with project leadership and Cerner end users. Strong communication skills are essential to promote a collaborative working environment and to effectively present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
