  • Partner with healthcare clients and stakeholders to ensure effective use of Oracle Health's Cerner system.
  • Collaborate with consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions aligned with client goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide insights on Cerner system workflows, upgrades, and maintenance while identifying optimization opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings with stakeholders, developing clear agendas, documenting notes, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued.
  • Expertise in the Oracle Health PhysTrack solution with knowledge of provider workflows and documentation.
  • Proficiency in customizing solutions for physician-specific needs, including patient management and clinical efficiency.
  • Experience in EHR Implementation, including workflow assessments, system design, and Go-Live support.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills to articulate Oracle Health Clinical solutions to clients.
  • Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
