Oracle HCM Test Support
About The Position
As Oracle HCM Test Support, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the testing process to ensure the high quality and reliability of Oracle Cloud applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify test requirements, develop test plans, execute test cases, and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle. Your role will involve leading a team of testers, coordinating test activities, and providing recommendations for test automation and process improvement.
Requirements
- Test Management, test scripting experience
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR (preferred) or other ERP tool such as PeopleSoft, WorkDay
- Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation experience
- US Citizen
Responsibilities
- Support staffing, estimating, work planning, defect triage, resolution, and management across the testing milestones
- Develop strategies for test data generation to support SIT, UAT, and Integration testing
- Implement best-practices for automated testing
