The Oracle HCM Technical Lead will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent, Learning, and Compensation modules. This role is responsible for leading a team in designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, ensuring best practices, efficiency, scalability, and supportability. The position requires advanced knowledge and skills to analyze, problem-solve, configure, test, deploy, and support production applications of varying complexity. The Technical Lead will also mentor and coach team members, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance vendor software and ensure data security and compliance.
