Oracle HCM Solutions Lead - India-based

The DS team is leading Intralox's implementation and evolution of our enterprise business applications and new digital solutions. An Oracle HCM Solutions Lead is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. This role primarily reports to Oracle Development Team Manager and involves working closely with HCM Functional Analyst, implementation partner to implement Oracle HCM Applications (Global HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management) and working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM solutions. This role is home-based in India.
