Main responsibilities: We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Senior Staff Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive Techno Functional experience in Designing and implementing various HCM modules with Benefits modules as primary focus. This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions with integrations across enterprise and external partners and able to lead complex implementations and transformation initiatives. Solution Design: Design comprehensive Oracle HCM solutions across Core HR, Benefits as primary and other modules, ensuring alignment with requirements and industry best practices. Implementation Experience : Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems. Act as the subject matter expert for all HCM modules Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with business and product teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities and best practices. Technical Expertise : Provide technical expertise and mentorship to the implementation team, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to project timelines. Be able to do POCs to demonstrate the capabilities. System Integration and Data Migration : Design and manage integration between Oracle HCM and third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll providers). Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Compliance and Security : Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and security standards, implementing necessary controls and measures. Performance Optimization : Continuously identify opportunities to optimize processes for efficiency and accuracy. Troubleshooting : Address and resolve technical issues related to implementations, providing ongoing support and maintenance. Documentation : Create and maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and deployment processes. Training : Provide training and support to end-users and technical teams on Oracle HCM functionalities and best practices.
