The work: Responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition. Be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience, possess influencing and advisory skills, and be responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems that apply across various teams. This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA and will require 3 days per week in the office.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of Oracle HCM experience with expertise in Cloud Core HR.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
  • (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Business Process Implementation
