About The Position

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5+ years of experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud, either in a consulting role or as an end user in a Human Resources department.
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on experience in core modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, and Payroll.
  • Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
