About The Position

The Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management Principal Consultant role at Infosys involves leading the implementation and application support of Oracle Performance Management, Goal Management, and Talent Review. The consultant will interface with key stakeholders, manage discussions on design and development, and oversee data migration, integrations, and reporting in Talent Management areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent considered work experience in lieu of a degree.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud - Talent Management.
• 2+ years of experience in working on Compensation.
• Hands-on experience in Talent Management and Compensation for the US.
• Knowledge of Agile practices and ability to implement projects in Agile mode.
• Experience with full SDLC lifecycle.
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of experience with Implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Proficient in Talent Management and Compensation processes.
• Ability to lead discussions with customer teams for integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Goals & Performance Management and Compensation.
• Knowledgeable on HCM technical tools including HCM Data loader (HDL), HCM Extract, BI reporting, Fast Formulae.
• Experience managing a team size of 5+.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to implement Oracle Performance Management, Goal Management, and Talent Review.
• Lead discussions for the design and development of associated components such as data migration, integrations, and reports in Talent Management.
• Manage the implementation and application support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams including technical, business, and management teams.
• Work in a Global delivery environment and implement projects in Agile mode.
