The Oracle HCM Cloud Security Administrator is a technical role that provides specialized expertise in Oracle Fusion security administration, focusing on the Oracle HCM Cloud role-based security model. The administrator will serve as a technical expert to both the business and information security teams, guiding them on best practices for HCM security governance, user administration, and data restriction protocols. The role requires a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities and the ability to manage security-related tasks effectively. In this role, the Oracle HCM Security Administrator will participate in various Oracle HCM Cloud-related projects, providing production support and testing efforts to ensure that solutions align with user requirements. The administrator will be responsible for managing Oracle quarterly upgrades and enhancements, ensuring that security measures are updated and compliant with industry standards. The position also involves developing auto-provisioning rules, managing user access, and troubleshooting security issues that may arise within the HCM system. The administrator will create and manage security profiles to restrict data access, develop security roles for reports, and implement segregation of duties (SOD) controls. Additionally, the role requires experience in managing internal and external audits, documentation, and the use of the IDCS console for security administration.
