Responsibilities

• Assist with system strategy and gathering business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and design as-is and to-be business processes.
• Demonstrate prototypes and perform functional configuration and testing.
• Direct the efforts of others while leading workstreams independently.
• Develop deliverable content that meets client needs and review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
• Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience delivering HCM solutions, preferably with Oracle Cloud.
• Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Recruiting module for Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% based on work and client needs.
• Bachelor's degree.
