About the position
The Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead for the Recruiting Module is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, specifically focusing on the Recruiting module. This role involves strategic planning, requirements gathering, process design, and user training, all aimed at enhancing organizational performance and aligning HR practices with business goals. The position offers opportunities for professional growth within Deloitte's Human Capital practice, particularly in the Government and Public Services sector.
Responsibilities
- Assist with system strategy and gathering business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud Recruiting.
- Lead fit-gap analysis and design as-is and to-be business processes.
- Demonstrate prototypes and perform functional configuration and testing.
- Conduct client user training related to the Recruiting module.
- Independently perform project tasks and lead workstreams, directing the efforts of others.
- Develop deliverable content that meets client needs and review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues.
Requirements
- 5 years of professional experience delivering HCM solutions, preferably Oracle Cloud.
- Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle implementation of the Recruiting module for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship.
- Bachelor's degree.

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud Certified Implementation Specialist.
