Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead - Payroll Module

As an Oracle HCM Functional Payroll Lead on our Human Capital team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations. This position involves a variety of tasks including system strategy development, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, and designing both as-is and to-be business processes. You will also be responsible for prototype demonstrations, functional configuration, testing, and client user training specifically related to the Payroll module of Oracle HCM Cloud. Your expertise will be crucial in organizing and delivering services across a range of complex projects, ensuring that client needs are met effectively and efficiently. In this role, you will contribute to the development and cultivation of business and vendor relationships, engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences. Your leadership skills and mature business judgment will be essential as you anticipate client and project needs, develop alternative solutions, and provide support for delivery teams and staff. You will manage solutions, delegate resources, and ensure that quality assurance principles are adhered to across all projects and deliverables. Additionally, you will actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, providing valuable input and guidance into the staffing process.
