About The Position

The position involves implementing and overseeing Quality Assurance and Testing for Parkview's Enterprise systems, which include Epic EMR and Oracle ERP. The role requires the development of Quality Assurance protocols that will be utilized across Parkview Information Services. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise system tools with existing healthcare software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree in healthcare, computer or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years experience in a comparable job.
• Possesses the ability to address process requirements.
• Skilled at problem solving, strong organization skills, strong attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues.
• Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical team, as well as leaders and end users.
• Must be available and accessible 24/7/365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing and validation of enterprise applications, ensuring seamless operation and compliance.
• Develop and implement Quality Assurance strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams to conduct integration testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain accurate and efficient test workflows and scripts.
• Train Information Services staff on Quality Assurance protocols.
