About The Position

The position involves implementing and overseeing Quality Assurance and Testing for Parkview's Enterprise systems, including Epic EMR and Oracle ERP. The role requires the development of Quality Assurance protocols that will be utilized across Parkview Information Services. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Enterprise system tools with existing healthcare software systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Additionally, the position entails overseeing the testing and validation of enterprise applications to ensure seamless operation and compliance. The candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing Quality Assurance strategies, leading cross-functional teams to conduct integration testing, and collaborating with stakeholders to create and maintain accurate and efficient test workflows and scripts. Training Information Services staff on Quality Assurance protocols and developing testing automation scripting with Eggplant or similar applications are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum requirement of an Associate's degree in healthcare, computer or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4 years experience in a comparable job.
• Ability to address process requirements.
• Skilled at problem solving.
• Strong organization skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to minimally understand complex issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with technical teams, leaders, and end users.
• Must be available and accessible 24/7/365.
