About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with a focus on Financials and expertise in the Oracle Subscription to Billing integration lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of how subscriptions and billing processes connect with core financials, as well as a deep knowledge of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Quote-to-Report (QTR) business tracks. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of both designing solutions and performing technical development to ensure seamless end-to-end business process flow.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with at least 15+ years of experience.
• In-depth, hands-on experience with Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and its integration with Oracle Financials.
• Expertise in the end-to-end Quote-to-Report (QTR) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AR, AP, and FA.
• Proficiency in Oracle technical tools and technologies, such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Experience with Groovy Scripting, data migration strategies and tools (e.g., FBDI, ADFDI).
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical and functional lead for the integration between Oracle Subscription Management Cloud and Oracle Financials Cloud.
• Design, configure, and implement the S2B process, ensuring accurate data flow for invoicing, revenue recognition, and payment processing.
• Gather functional and technical requirements, design solutions, configure modules, develop custom extensions, test, and provide end-user support and training within the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process.
• Provide comprehensive techno-functional support for the Quote-to-Report (QTR) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business cycles.
• Lead the design of complex financial solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.
• Perform hands-on configuration of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Subscription Management.
• Develop technical components such as reports (BIP, OTBI), integrations using OIC, and custom workflows.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to ensure project success.
• Diagnose and resolve complex functional and technical issues related to the Oracle Fusion Financials applications.
• Create and maintain detailed functional and technical design specifications, test scripts, and end-user training materials.
