The Oracle Fusion Source to Pay (S2P) Solution and Implementation Lead will play a critical role in the successful implementation and support of the Oracle Cloud Source to Pay module. This position requires a deep understanding of the S2P cycle, including procurement sourcing, contracts, and payments. The ideal candidate will have over five years of relevant experience in implementing and rolling out Oracle Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on business process design and delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for determining root causes of issues and providing permanent solutions to prevent recurrence. You will work closely with both business and IT teams to ensure that the solutions deployed are effective and meet the needs of the organization. Your responsibilities will include interacting with business users to capture requirements, authoring functional designs, and transitioning these designs to technical developers. You will coordinate the build, testing, and deployment of new enhancements around the S2P cycle, ensuring that all processes are thoroughly tested and validated before going live. Additionally, you will provide training to client teams on how to effectively use both custom and standard Oracle S2P solutions. Your ability to work independently to resolve user issues based on service level agreements (SLAs) will be crucial. You will also be expected to make recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or scalability improvements as needed. Collaboration with the on-site team and effective communication skills will be essential for success in this position.
