About The Position

Oracle Fusion SCM Sr Consultant1 Production Support (L2/L3) Provide functional support for Oracle Fusion Applications – SCM modules. Analyze and resolve incidents, defects, and enhancement requests within SLA timelines. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend permanent fixes. Coordinate with technical teams for data fixes, reports, and integration issues. Support quarterly Oracle cloud updates (impact analysis & regression testing).
