About The Position

CTG is seeking an Oracle Fusion Record-to-Report (R2R) Functional Consultant to lead the design and validation of core financial processes in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.
Location: Remote
Duration: 3 months, contract to hire
This role covers GL, Subledger Accounting, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Intercompany, and Financial Close. The consultant will collaborate with Finance, Integration, Data Migration, and Reporting teams to ensure accurate accounting, compliant reporting, and smooth period-close execution.

Requirements

• 15+ years Oracle ERP experience, 7+ years hands-on Fusion Financials (R2R)
• Strong knowledge of subledger-to-ledger accounting, multi-currency ledgers, SLA rules
• Experience with FAH, financial reporting, and multi-region deployments
• Hands-on with data migration, integrations, and testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification (GL, FA, or CM)

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops and design future-state R2R processes
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules (GL, FA, CM, Intercompany, SLA, FAH)
• Support financial data migration, integrations (OIC, FBDI, REST/SOAP), and reporting validation (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Execute test scenarios (SIT, UAT, regression, period-close simulations)
• Provide functional support during cutover, deployment, and post-go-live hypercare
