The Oracle Fusion Record-to-Report (R2R) Solution and Implementation Lead is a pivotal role that involves overseeing the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Finance modules. This position is based in Blair, Nebraska, and is intended for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Oracle applications, particularly in the Record-to-Report process, which encompasses the entire financial reporting cycle from data entry to financial statement generation. The role requires a deep understanding of the Oracle Fusion suite, including but not limited to Accounts Payables (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Tax modules. In this position, the lead will be responsible for configuring the R2R modules to ensure they align with the client's specific chart of accounts, accounting policies, and reporting structures. This involves not only technical configuration but also collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the implemented solutions meet business needs and compliance requirements. The lead will also play a crucial role in training and supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and continuously improving the R2R processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting. Given the complexity of the Oracle Fusion environment, the lead must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage artificial intelligence tools to optimize job descriptions and processes. This role is essential for ensuring that the financial systems are robust, reliable, and capable of supporting the organization's financial reporting requirements effectively.
