An Oracle Fusion Project Manager leads the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) implementations, focusing on planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, stakeholder communication, and ensuring successful delivery from kickoff to post-go-live stabilization, coordinating cross-functional teams for scope, time, and budget adherence, often migrating from older Oracle systems. Requirements

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM implementations and migrations (e.g., E-Business Suite to Fusion or legacy applications to Fusion).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and artifacts (plans, logs, reports).
  • Ability to manage global teams and remote resources.

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation; manage scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management: Act as the main point of contact, manage client expectations, coordinate functional/technical teams, and lead cross-functional groups (internal & offshore).
  • Risk & Change Management: Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks; manage change requests and ensure governance for scope creep.
  • Reporting & Governance: Provide status updates, present to steering committees, and maintain project documentation and reporting standards (e.g., OUM).
  • Module Expertise: Oversee specific Fusion modules (CX, CPQ, Order Management,Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Finance, PPM, EPM) and integrations.
  • Post-Go-Live: Lead stabilization, monitor performance, prioritize enhancements, and ensure smooth transition to steady-state operations.
  • Methodology: Adhere to standard implementation methodology and be able to refine and optimize
