The Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Analyst is responsible for analyzing, implementing, configuring, and supporting Human Capital Management (HCM) modules within the organization's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The Senior HRIS Analyst serves as a subject matter expert on system capabilities, configuration, and data governance, supporting system efficiency, compliance, and strategic reporting.
