Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, the Oracle Fusion Functional Analyst Programmer is responsible for providing business support, analyzing requirements, and developing the solution and guidance within the Oracle Fusion platform. As part of the team, you will be responsible for supporting, developing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements. This role bridges the gap between business operations and IT, ensuring that Oracle Fusion solutions are implemented effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate has a strong background in both functional analysis and programming, with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion modules and related technologies.

Requirements

Experience with Oracle Fusion applications, including configuration, customization, and support.
Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Procurement.
Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and at least one programming language relevant to Oracle Fusion (e.g., Java, Oracle ADF).
Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs) is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical team members and business users.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and requirements to design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion applications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
Develop and customize Oracle Fusion modules using appropriate tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL, Java, Oracle ADF).
Conduct functional testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support for Oracle Fusion applications.
Prepare detailed documentation, including functional and technical specifications, user guides, and training materials.
Work closely with technical teams, business analysts, and end-users to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
