About The Position

We seek an experienced consultant for the client ERP team to lead Oracle Cloud PPM implementations and migrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years hands-on with PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Grants, Contracts); led 4+ full-cycle implementations.
• Strong SQL/PL/SQL for data validation/migration; expertise in FBDI/ADFDI, APIs, ERP structures, and testing (SIT/UAT/regression).
• Proven data integrity and troubleshooting across technical/functional layers.

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to AP/AR/GL/Procurement modules.
• Jira/Git/Bitbucket experience.
• Public sector/transit background.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end PPM implementations: design, configure, test, migrate data, integrate systems, and provide post-go-live support.
• Configure core modules (Project Financial Management, Costing, Billing, Enterprise Contracts, Grants Management) and automate processes for financials and reporting.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports using OTBI, BIP, FRS, and Smart View; troubleshoot data issues with SQL/PL/SQL.
• Design integrations via REST/SOAP APIs or OIC; support quarterly updates with impact analysis and testing.
• Train users and optimize budgeting, costing, and reporting workflows.
