About The Position

As an Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – WMS, you’ll play a key role in transforming how Palermo’s manages its warehouse operations. You’ll work with business leaders and IT teams to implement and optimize Oracle Fusion WMS solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion WMS or other enterprise-level WMS platforms.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and material flow.
• Experience integrating WMS with ERP systems and scanning devices.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Warehouse, Supply Chain, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement WMS improvements.
• Configure, test, and deploy Oracle Fusion WMS modules to support day-to-day operations.
• Deliver hands-on training to warehouse users to ensure smooth adoption.
• Develop reports and dashboards that highlight inventory accuracy and performance metrics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.
