About The Position
We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in Oracle Financials, specifically working with modules such as General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets, TAX, India Tax localization, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivables (AR). The ideal candidate will have expertise in troubleshooting, maintenance, and support of Oracle Financials applications and reporting. Hands-on experience in consolidation, elimination, and allocations is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot IRE (Cognos) reports. The role involves conducting functional overview sessions and Conference Room Pilots, reviewing documents related to the to-be process, functional designs, and functional test cases. The candidate should understand existing enterprise application requirements, including application setup, configurations, and overall application landscape/integrations, and be able to drive solutions. Experience with SQL/PLSQL queries and key transactional tables is required, as well as exposure to BR100 reviews and CAT tool load. Knowledge of Oracle Financial Security profiles, Unix, and Autosys is also beneficial. The candidate should possess good communication skills, analytical skills, and be a quick learner with a process-oriented mindset and a strong customer orientation. We are looking for a self-motivated team player who is willing to accept exciting new challenges and is ready to explore. The position requires on-call support during weekends and off-business hours, as well as production support.
