About The Position

Position is for a Functional Professional, with implementation background in Oracle Cloud Financial Applications. Responsibilities include but are not limited to providing excellence in customer service support, diagnosis, replication, resolving Functional issues of complex and critical service requests. The focus of this position is to provide Customer Service on a Functional level and to ultimately drive complete and total resolution of each issue reported by customer. Position is for a Support and/or Implementation Analyst with a background in Oracle SaaS Suite of products preferred in Financials ERP application modules and business processes. Responsible for business requirements, gap analysis, functional workshops, design documents, set up documentation, configuration, business test scenarios and more important work with technical team on CEMI/RICE objects. After post go-live provide customer production support, tracking incidents, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of complicated and critical cases.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Finance/ERP Cloud implementation & support.
  • Worked in 5 or more Oracle Finance Cloud implementation or support projects as a Functional consultant.
  • At least 3 full implementation cycles as a Functional lead or SME in at least 3 modules.
  • Implementation/Support experience on Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, PA, CST, FAH.
  • Hands-on experience in any of the following 5 modules: Cloud Financial Modules like GL, AP, AR, FA, IBY, PA, CST, FAH.
  • Strong Financials business processes knowledge and concepts.
  • Ability to relate product functionality to business processes.
  • Technically good skills in SQL, OTBI/BIP/FRS reports, FBDI, ADFDI, BPM workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer interactions and service orientation.
  • Strong operations management and innovation orientation.
  • Strong team player.
