You're as comfortable leading projects and teams as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle solutions. Or you specialize in one or the other, our practice covers the functional & process side of Oracle as well as the technical development & technical architecture. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game. In this role, you will lead Strategic Finance projects for clients, assessing and benchmarking financial processes, people, and technology, and providing strategic advisory and improvement recommendations. You will be responsible for architecting the overall process design using proven business process management techniques and leading practices principles. You will also interact with key stakeholders and business owners to map ERP Finance and EPM Cloud applications aligned with leading business processes and conduct gap/impact analysis. Your leadership will be crucial in transforming client business processes leveraging digital and cloud technologies while navigating change management issues to implement cutting-edge solutions.
