We are seeking an Oracle Field Service (TOA Technologies) Consultant to join our high-performing team. This position can be either full-time or contract and is fully remote, with no travel required. The ideal candidate will help clients identify and execute their enterprise resource planning needs using various mobile technologies, particularly Oracle Service Cloud Field Service (TOA). Our consultants play a crucial role in assisting clients to leverage Oracle offerings and industry-specific solutions to address their business challenges in work and resource management. As an Oracle Field Service Consultant, you will be responsible for participating in the improvement of business processes by utilizing leading mobility solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills, as you will be actively involved in client discussions, managing engagements, and supervising teams to foster an environment of trust and innovation. Your contributions will include designing, implementing, and supporting business processes within the mobile system environment, as well as building and deploying mobility solutions. You will be expected to communicate effectively with clients, manage project economics, and provide guidance to less-experienced staff.
