About The Position

We are seeking an experienced FDI & OAC Reporting Lead to drive our client's financial data integration and reporting strategy. This role goes beyond simply loading data, you'll be designing and maintaining the reporting capabilities, aggregation processes, and analytics that turn raw data into actionable insights.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in financial data integration, reporting, or analytics.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FDI and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), or comparable tools.
Deep understanding of GL data integration, aggregation, and reporting processes.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate consultant and internal resources.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the design, build, and maintenance of complex reports and dashboards in FDI and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
Develop future-state processes to aggregate and integrate GL data across systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Act as the subject matter expert for FDI and OAC capabilities beyond data loading, focusing on report development and ongoing maintenance.
Partner with internal teams and external consultants to expand reporting capabilities and transition solutions to sustainable ownership.
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process and data-quality improvements.
Contribute to planning and budgeting activities for 2026, including decisions about consultant support versus internal resources.
Train and guide stakeholders on new reporting tools, dashboards, and processes to build enterprise-wide adoption.
