We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Technical Architect to design and implement solutions within Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically in the Financial and Human Capital Management (HCM) domains. This role involves developing complex technical architectures, integrations, and optimizations for ERP and HCM workloads, while ensuring system performance, security, and scalability. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and other Oracle Cloud services.

Design and implement Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture patterns leveraging Oracle Cloud Services, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Content Management (OCM).
Ensure optimal performance for both ERP and HCM workloads with a focus on database sizing, throughput, and system performance.
Develop complex integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP web services, and Oracle's Application Development Framework (ADF).
Focus on real-time synchronization between Fusion Financials and HCM modules, including custom APIs for payroll-to-GL integration and position management-to-budgeting workflows.
Implement advanced PL/SQL programming for custom table structures, materialized views, and complex stored procedures for both financial and HR data processing.
Design and execute optimization strategies for large-scale data operations, including partitioning schemes for historical data.
Configure Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
Design data encryption protocols for sensitive financial and HR data at rest and in transit, and develop security patterns for API authentication using OAuth 2.0 and JWT tokens.
Architect high-availability solutions using Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters) and implement disaster recovery strategies with Oracle Data Guard.
Configure load balancing and ensure optimal performance across both ERP and HCM modules, focusing on failover scenarios during critical periods.
Design and implement complex ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) for legacy system migrations.
Utilize FBDI (File-Based Data Import) templates for bulk data loading, develop custom extraction programs using Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) for reporting, and guide the team in SQL Server data pipelines and stored procedures for data conversion and mapping.
Implement performance tuning strategies for concurrent processing in Oracle Fusion Applications and optimize SQL queries for complex financial reporting.
Develop caching strategies for frequently accessed HR data, utilizing Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) for monitoring and diagnostics.
Develop integration architectures for third-party systems using Oracle API Platform Cloud Service and implement Oracle SOA Suite for complex orchestrations.
Design event-driven architectures using Oracle Event Hub Cloud Service for real-time data synchronization.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure CLI and Terraform.
Configure secure virtual cloud networks (VCN) for service communication and design scalable compute instances for varying workload requirements.
Develop automated deployment scripts using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure DevOps services and implement CI/CD pipelines for custom extensions.
Create automated testing frameworks for critical financial and HR processes.
Establish coding standards for PL/SQL development and implement version control practices using Git.
Develop and maintain technical documentation using tools like Confluence to record solution architecture and specifications.
Implement comprehensive monitoring solutions using Oracle Management Cloud (OMC).
Develop custom alerts for critical business processes and create diagnostic scripts to troubleshoot complex technical issues across integrated ERP and HCM systems.
Extend domain knowledge to cover Procurement, EBCS, EBPCS, FCCS, and RICEFW.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and technical leaders.
Provide regular progress reports on project developments.

Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Applications, specifically in Financials and HCM domains.
Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and related Oracle Cloud Services.
Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL, database architecture, and integration technologies.
Hands-on experience with security and data encryption protocols in cloud environments.
Familiarity with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, and performance optimization techniques.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, managing complex integration and migration projects.
Proven track record of successful implementations of Oracle Cloud solutions in enterprise environments.

Experience with Procurement, EBCS, EBPCS, FCCS, and RICEFW domains.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.
Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and reporting progress in a structured manner.
