Requirements

• Minimum 7 years Oracle project management experience, with a minimum of 2-3 multi-pillar full-cycle projects.
• Minimum 3-5 years consulting experience.
• Strong customer service orientation with strong written and verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Standard Waterfall or Agile project implementation methodology.
• Ability to formulate and communicate a structured approach to the teams.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks and deliverables in high pressure environments and situations.
• Project Management Certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project management of Oracle Cloud projects.
• Lead project from concept through completion through the project life cycle while meeting scope, schedule and resource targets while achieving the desired business results.
• Create and manage all project management plans including scope, time, cost, risk, quality management plans.
• Maintain complete control of project schedules, project resources, budget, and risk issues while facilitating timely discussions and decisions to identify project risks.
• Lead meetings between stakeholders, resources, senior managers, and executives.
• Act as primary interface with the client regarding deliverables, changes, and sign-off on status and requirements.
• Facilitate communication across teams and communicate updates to the Program Manager and Project Sponsors.
• Ensure project requirements are met, scope is contained, and milestones are kept.
• Conduct various reviews and sign-off workshops.
• Actively assist with developing tools, methodologies, approaches, points of view and thought leadership.
• Mentor team members on and off projects to create a 'best in show' team.
